Login as Admin
E -Hotel is equipped with a hotel data management application. Among all users, the Admin has the most authority. To log in as an Admin, follow the steps below: 1. Open the login page, enter your username and password. 2. To add room data, facilities, services, packages, and other users, the Administrator must first add them.
To add a new user, follow the steps below: 1. Click Module, then select the User menu. 2. Click New and fill in the user’s personal details. 3. Under ‘type’, select the type of user you want to add, for example Manager or Editor. 4. Then save.
Login as a Manager
1. Open the login page, enter the Manager username and password 2. Due to access restrictions, managers can only input order data, rooms, and menus, which is very different from the access rights of administrators.

When logged in as a manager, there are fewer menu options than those available to administrators. This is due to the limited access rights of managers, which are not the same as those of administrators. Managers can only input certain data, while administrators have the right to input all data.
Login as Editor
1. Open the login page, enter the Editor username and password. 2. The Editor can only input certain data permitted by the Administrator, such as order data, menus, pages, articles, and media.

If you log in as an Editor, the menu that appears will be smaller than when you log in as an Administrator or Manager. Because an editor’s access rights are limited, Editors can only input data such as orders, menus, pages, and most importantly, articles. Because Editors work in the Articles menu, they have more freedom in that menu.
