Cloud-based Party App with the Most Complete Features

Administrators

This application is equipped with an administrator feature that can be managed by more than one admin.
Steps:
1. Login username and password according to the information on “Application Demo”
2. Select the “Administrator” menu
3. Click the “Add” button
4. Fill in the new username and password and upload the administrator’s photo.
5. Click the “Add” button.

Membership

This application is equipped with a membership feature that can input and manage the member list.
Steps:
1. Choose Membership menu –> Member Registration
2. Fill in the member data, upload ID card and passport photo
3. When finished, click the “Add Member” button
4. To display/print member card click Membership menu –> Member Data
5. Click on the name of the member to be printed
6. Click the “Print KTA” button

Location Map

This application is equipped with a location map feature that can map and manage secretariats throughout Indonesia.
Steps:
1. Select Location Map menu –> Secretariat Address
2. Click the “Add” button
3. Fill in the secretariat location data, upload member passport photos and mapping the secretariat location on Google Maps.
4. click the “Add” button

Agenda Management

The agenda management feature can make it easier for you to organize and view all the agendas and events that will be held.
Steps:
1. Select Event Management menu –> click Agenda to view the agenda that has been recorded in the system
2. Click the “Add” button
3. Fill in the requested data and upload the member’s passport photo
4. Click “Add Session” if you want to add a session to the agenda
5. Click the “Add” button when finished

News

The news feature helps you to update news that can be accessed by the community.
Steps:
1. Select FrontEnd Manager menu –> News
2. Click the “Add” button
3. Fill in the title, author, content and upload news image.
4. When finished, click the “Add” button

Announcement

The announcement feature helps you to expand the news that people need to know.
Steps:
1. Select the Announcement menu
2. Click the “Add” button
3. fill in the announcement title and description and upload the announcement image
4. Click the “Add” button
